Rang them with a solar problem and were out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Turned out to be storm damage. They completed the report within a few days for insurance company and claim was sorted no problems.
Came out and did the repair on the date and time quoted. No waiting for them to turn up. Trouble free from start to finish.
