Solis Error Codes

An AFCI check FAULT alarm, as per the name indicates the presence of a fault and that your inverter requires a restart. It could also indicate that the inverter may need to be replaced.

A blank screen on your Solis inverter can mean that the DC input voltage is low or missing, the DC string polarity is reversed, or a shorted Internal DC.

A Solis inverter stuck in its initialising mode can mean that it hasn’t yet received a signal from its DSP board or could have a malfunctioning internal power board.

This alarm/error code indicates that your Solis Inverter has detected an excessively high grid voltage.

The UN-G-V: Under-Grid-Voltage alarm/error code indicates that your Solis Inverter has detected an excessively low grid voltage.

An OV-G-F: Over-Grid-Frequency Alarm indicates that your Solis inverter has detected an excessively high grid frequency.

An UN-G-F: Under-Grid-Frequency Alarm indicates that your Solis inverter has detected an excessively low grid frequency.

A NO-Grid Alarm means that your Solis inverter has not detected any voltage from the grid.

An OV-DC: DC code means that your Solis inverter has detected a high direct current voltage.

DC voltage on the internal bus

If you see a UN-BUS: DC bus voltage is too low alarm code on your Solis inverter, it has detected an excessively low DC voltage on the internal bus.

An ILeak-PRO 01/02/03/04: Current leakage to ground alarm code means that the DC or AC Circuit has a current leakage.

When any of the fans of your Solis inverter stop working, your inverter will display a Fan-Fail alarm code.

With a GRID-INTF: unstable grid or faulty power board alarm, your Solis inverter has detected an internal fault or grid instability.

As per the name, this alarm code indicates interference with direct currents as well as issues with internal components.

A G-IMP alarm code indicates high grid impedance.

An INI-FAULT: Initialization/Protection alarm code shows that there are differing values between the Master and Slave DSP.

A PV ISO-PRO 01/02: Ground-fault detected on the DC side code means that your Solis Inverter has detected low DC insulation resistance. It can also indicate ground faults on one of the PV strings.

This alarm code indicates that your Solis Inverter detects an arc in the DC circuit.

This alarm code indicates an internal component failure.

As per the name, this code shows that power is being curtailed because of the grid voltage being too high or too low.

This alarm code means that the temperature is below 17C, alongside your inverter limiting its power to half.

As per the name, this alarm code means that there is a fault within the relay.

A DCinj-Fault alarm code indicates that there is a high DC injection current.

This alarm code indicates a Grid Current Tracking Error.
